Healthy Protein Smoothie Recipe

Hey y’all! What’s cooking? For today’s recipe I am going to be sharing with you my favorite protein smoothie. *

What You’ll Need:

Blender: I recently got a new blender and I love it.

Just Ingredients Chocolate Protein Powder: This is the brand and flavor I use, but you could use any flavor.

Select Balance Myo-Inositol: This is a flavorless supplement. You would not have to include this in your smoothie but it is what I use.

Further Foods Grass Fed Collagen: I get the unflavored collagen so it doesn’t affect the flavor of the smoothie’s Collagen is so good for you. Collagen may improve skin health, may relieve joint pain, may prevent bone loss, may help maintain brain health and other benefits.

Organic Frozen Fruit: I buy my frozen fruit from Costco. I like the bulk option since I do make a smoothie daily.

Organic Baby Spinach: Spinach is a great way to add more nutrients to your smoothies without it having a strong flavor.

Organic A2 Milk: We also buy our milk from Costco and their Organic A2 Milk is the best milk in my opinion.
