My Current Supplement Routine

I never used to be a supplement girly but, here I am. The supplements I take are for overall wellness support. As always do your own research before taking a new supplement. So, you can find what is best for you. These supplements I have added over the last 3 years. I did not buy them all at one time.

  • Rowe Casa Organics Elderberry Immune Support : This is fantastic for supporting your overall health. This elderberry contains properties to help reduce inflammation. It also may help in eliminating cold, flu and/or allergy symptoms. Overall, it helps boost the immune system. I have been taking this for 2 years.

  • Rowe Casa Organics Antioxidant Infusion: This antioxidant infusion is packed full of powerful berries that are known for their antibacterial and antiviral properties. In addition to helping with cellular regeneration, reducing inflammation and supporting your body’s detoxification process. I have been taking this for 2 years.

  • Rowe Casa Organics Tart Cherry: You may have already heard of people taking tart cherry juice to support restful sleep but this is the only brand on tart cherry juice that I trust. Tart cherries are rich in melatonin but also helps to support your bodies natural ability to produce melatonin. I have been taking this for 2 years.

  • Select Balance Myo-Inositol: I started taking this about a year ago. I started taking it for overall cycle health and to support egg quality. Other benefits of Myo-Inositol is helping relieve symptoms of PCOS, reducing your risk of gestational diabetes and pre-term birth, helps your body better process insulin and other benefits.

  • Select Balance Mineral Support: I also started taking minerals about a year ago as well. Minerals influence a wide variety of functions within our body such as, building materials for our bones, influence muscle and nerve function, amongst other important functions.

  • Select Balance Southard Living Magnesium: I also have started taking magnesium about 8 months ago. I have been taking a topical magnesium for many years but decided to add oral magnesium to my supplement routine. Magnesium is so essential for our bodies to function properly. By taking magnesium it helps and support our bodies bone health, sleep, blood pressure regulation, blood sugar control and many more.

  • Select Balance Prenatal: I started taking a high quality prenatal about 7-8 months before trying to conceive. I specifically love this prenatal as it uses the methylated folate instead of folic acid. That is so important to get a prenatal with methylated folate as many peoples bodies do not process folic acid. In my personal opinion I decided it was best to take a prenatal way before pregnancy to ensure I wasn’t starting pregnancy in a nutrient depleted state.

  • Paleo Valley Grass Fed Organ Complex: Organ meats are the true superfood in my opinion. Organ meats are so incredibly nutrient dense, but like many others I can’t quite stomach eating them so I take them in capsule form. Organ meats are rich in B Vitamins and Folate. They are also rich in minerals such as iron, magnesium, selenium, zinc and a few other vitamins.

  • Paleo Valley Essential C: There are many benefits to taking Vitamin C. These benefits include but are not limited to skin health, boosting immunity, heart health, boosts collagen and strengthen your bones and teeth.

  • Further Food Grass Fed Collagen: This is my most recent addition to my supplement routine. I add this to my morning smoothies. Benefits of collagen include arthritis relief, improved skin health and bone loss prevention.

  • Dr. Green Mom Probiotic: I started taking this a few months ago. Probiotics are great for gut health, improves heart health, boosts immunity, helps inflammation and many other benefits.

  • Rowe Casa Organics Tart Cherry Juice: I have been taking this supplement for many years and it is a game changer. Please do not buy just any old tart cherry juice at your grocery store that is full of sugar or fillers. This one is truly the best you can buy.
