July Favorites 2023

Can you believe it is already August!? It has been a busy year for me. There has been a lot of change and growth this year. I know I have been MIA for awhile but I thought I would get back into blogging by sharing my July Favorites for 2023.

  • DIME Beauty Tinted Glow Wonderscreen SPF 30: This has been my absolute favorite tinted sunscreen. It is a clean, tinted mineral sunscreen. It blends so smoothly, even with my fair skin. I don’t wear makeup, I just wear this everyday.

  • RoweCasa Organics Bronzing Lotion: If you are looking for a temporary and non toxic bronzing glow to your skin, this is the product you’ve been looking for. This product smells amazing giving you the full effect of beach-y, summer vibes. This product is temporary and does wash or wipe away in the shower, pool or other lotions.

  • Just Ingredients Chocolate Protein Powder: This is by far the best protein powder I have ever tried. It is so important to be getting enough protein everyday. Especially, If you love a morning coffee, it is crucial to have some form of high quality protein before you have your coffee. In mornings that I am in a hurry and can’t cook breakfast I will have a protein shake.

  • Atomic Habits: This was one of my favorite books this month. I listened to this book on audible when I would exercise in the evenings. In this book, you will learn how to create and form new habits by making them obvious, attractive, easy and satisfying. You will also learn how to habit stack. This book is a game changer!

  • Beyond The Crops Podcast: I discovered the Beyond The Crops podcast on Apple Podcasts and I love it. Being a fellow farm wife, I love the perspective and relatability this podcast offers. They share operational and behind the scenes work on their farms so listeners can understand what goes into a family farm operation.

  • Truly Free Laundry Wash: I recently discovered this non-toxic laundry wash and I love it. It smells amazing and the clothes smell good too. One of the difficult things with going to a low toxic lifestyle is that I LOVE the smell of traditional laundry detergents but didn’t want to use those harsh chemicals. This is the perfect balance to that.

  • Vail, Colorado: My family and I went on a trip to Vail, CO this month. It was so much fun. I will be doing a blog post all about very soon.
